2 year old's birthday party?

So my Daughter's birthday is not until Jan. but we just went to a B-day party and it has got me started thinking about hers. Our house is not an option, we had it here last year and it was way too crowded, we have a large close family. So I was thinking of the ymca, they have a bounce house that you can reserve for the party. But if we have the party at the Y I wont be able to cook. So I was thinking about making trays for sandwiches and crock pots for soup. Does this sound dumb? Jan in Buffalo NY is cold so outside is not an option. And some of the grandparents are a little particular about food, we had a taco bar last year and they wouldn't eat lol. Any ideas would be great. Thanks in advance!!!
