Please help?

ok, theres this vacab game which to me goes "hat game, i just played the hat game" now thats it...."hat game" can be said as many times, all i got so far that i think is that its said a certain way or some sort of algorithm, i dont know though, only ppl who know what im talking about will only know, so please if you couls shed some light for me!!
