I asked this question once no one answered i really need hlp with hair please read!!!! i need help!!!?

My hair has a lot of split ends and breaks alot. so much to the point its not growing anymore. I have bleached and put some pink in it and it was like this before i dyed it. My friends hair stylist told her to wash it no more then every other day. now how ofton should i wash my hair and what can i do to make it healthy again?? I used tresseme shampoo and conditionar for stronger hair so it wont break and i use aussie deeep 3 minute maricle i mix the conditionars and i also use its a 10 leave in conditionar. is there any other shampoo and conditionar i should use that works?? i no my hair is growing because my roots are showing but it doesnt seem to be getting longer.. I NEED HELP!!!! any info will be appriciated and thanks!!!!
