In the AFC South, what team's offense has the best chance of dueling in out with Manning and the Colts offense?

Ok I only know so much about football but I think it's the Texans because they have a good running back in Steve Slaton who started playing really well. I actually played on a fantasy football team and someone had Andre Johnson of the Texans and he did great and I know the Titans have great running backs but they didn't do much ping so I think the Texans are more balanced and their offense has the better chance to compete but the don't have the defense the Titans do to try to stop the Colts' offense.
