Can someone please give me advice?

First of all sorry this is so long. I have had asthma for 4 years (diagnosed) and I also have fibromyalgia. My fibromyalgia causes me a lot of rib pain but it is totally different and in a different area then what my asthma affects. For the past about 2 months my chest has been really bothering me. I am getting a lot of pressure, occasionall pain in the middle of my chest over my bone that feels like a point of heavier pressuree and sometimes a choking feeling in the back and down my throat, like something's stuck in it. I went to the doctor and was put on low dose steroids, which didn't help. I went back to the doctor and was put on high dose steroids. Then while on the steroids I got bronchitis and was put on strong antibiotics. After all this was done I felt better from the bronchitis but was still having the issues with my chest and I began to have issues with stairs and such. I again went back to the doctor and this time she said my asthma was fine but my heart was racing. She checked my thyroid and blood count for anemia and i wore a holter monitor for 24 hours to monitor my heart. The thyroid and blood count came back normal and the holter results didn't show much but she started me on heart meds to help with the racing heart rate. My chest began to feel worse and my inhaler didn't seam to want to work so I went back and saw the other doc in the practice cause mine wasn't there. He had me do a breathing treatment to see if it helped my chest feel better but it actually made it feel worse. He said he thinks it's all related to my asthma, took me off the heart meds, upped my controll inhaler and ordered a chest x-ray and a spirometry. The nurse told me the spirometry looked fine and the docs office called me today and told me the chest x-ray came back noromal. I'm exausted and am not doing much around my house I feel so crappy. Can anyone help me please? I would really appreciate any advice. Thank you so much.
