Why did Obama try and delay a withdrawl agreement with Iraq?

That is a very obvious misinterpretation at best. Bush is trying to set the terms of withdrawal that will hinder the next president's ability to act. Obama was pointing out that obvious fact that any honest individual would realize. Taheri's opinion is biased and ridiculous.
