Can implantation bleeding last this long?

It could be implantation bleeding or your period. Some woman bleed through their entire first trimester. An hpt won't be accurate until at least 2 weeks after you conceived. I would suggest waiting a little bit longer if you can just to make sure that it is correct. I wish you the best of luck and will def be sending some baby dust your way!
