Is the U.S. really leaving Iraq this year?

With an emby bigger than Vatican city in Baghdad, 3 bases in the country that are of the biggest in the world, and 50,000 troops left to train the Iraqi soldiers, you'd think were there to stay. Are those 50,000 soldiers actually leaving too?
