Why do i feel like ****? Meningitis? help ASAP?

im a 14 year old boy who was diagnosed with anxiety 1 months ago ive been taking Celexa for only 2 days now. But i really wanna talk about is ive been feel really sick for the past 3 days now common flu symptoms (runny noise,blocked noise,sound congested,bad cough, spitting mucus etcc ) but ive been getting these really intense headache that make me feel sick to my stomach when i get them and dizzy and weak, i also have a stiff neck that kinda hurtt to move around and my spine/back kinda hurts and my my eyes get sensitive to light. i think i have meningitis (idk why im a hypochondriac) and i wanna see my pediatrician but my mom probably wont let me cause she thinks im over reacting i need help what should i do
