ASUS Crosshair IV Formula Compatible with Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeGamer Sound Card?

Does this motherboard have the correct PCI slot for this sound card? Also I plan on using 2 x 5870 ATI PCI-Express 2.0 x16 on Crossfire also let me know if it will get in the way or if it will be just fine. Thanks!
