Display not showing up with new graphics card?

The card is a PNY 6200 512MB AGP Video Card on my XP desktop. I put it into the computer with the correct procedures but when I turn on my computer no display shows up. I am unsure of what I am supposed to do and their tech support is not there at the moment. I have also downloaded the most recent updates to my computer. Any clues?
