How long did FDR blame Hoover for the great depression?

Well people still think FDR was a savior who ended the great depression and revitalized the economy as opposed to jumpstarting our debt problems that were still reeling in and setting the groundwork for our nanny state; all the while, Hoover was apparently the worst president. So I guess FDR's legacy of blaming other people is still going strong.
