Iraqi Liberation for oil?

Reposing this question because first version has been MISUNDERSTOOD! I asked why we are in Afganistan (oil?) why we supply Israel with military hardware (middle east oil)-why we are arranging a huge 60 billion dollar sale of weapons to Egypt (middle east oil). Afganistan,Israel and Egypt are of great MILITARY strategic value-Iraq DOES have huge oilfields that can produce oil much cheaper than ohhshore production-yes,we only consume small portion of middle east oil but if this oil was suddenly not available the world price for petroleum would skyrocket (world wide demand). The US is positioning itself militarily in the middle east. Now-why don't our government just come out and say it,"we're here for the oil." And-I place this question in the "military" section because IT IS A MILITARY question!
