Need a new PDA for AT&T. Any suggestions?

If you like the BB Curve, then the Bold would be a good step up. If you want a smaller device, wait until Mid-February for the BB Javelin, which would be an upgraded version of the Curve. It comes with built-in WiFi and GPS, but no 3G.
