What should I do? I think I have the flu?

I was up all night last night throwing up and with diarrhea. Sorry if this is too much info. I have a low grade fever of 99.8. I am achey, have a congested head, sore throat, and headache. I just feel all around sick. I cannot get into the doctor today and they said based on my symptoms they do not need to see me because it is not severe enough but it could be mild flu. I have to go to work tonight. I cannot miss without a doctors note, but I cannot get one because the doctor will not see me. I am able to sit and work, but am worried about the people I work with. One woman is pregnant and several of them have very young children. I am worried I will make them sick, but cannot take the night off without risking losing my job. What should I do?
