Where is a good place to get large, individually wrapped cookies in downtown KC?

Looking for cookies for dessert downtown. Around P&L. Used to go to Planet Sub, but their cookies have shrunk quite a bit in the last couple weeks. M&M would be the best. Not looking to spend over $1.25 per cookie.
