Fantasy football?

I am wondering if I made the right selections for my fantasy football team? I have Ben Rothlisberger at QB, Calvin Johnson, Chris Chambers and TJ Houshmandzadeh at WR, Shaun Alexander and WIllis McGahee at RB, Jeremy Shockey at TE, and JOsh Scobee at K. My question is first: Is this a good team and second; does it matter if a couple of my players are playing against each other in the first week? Is this going to hurt my rankings?
